Introduction
A member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Shenzhen University with a bachelor's degree in law and economics, and a master's degree in business law at the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. He has qualifications in fund and securities. After graduation, he successively joined Beijing Guofeng Law Firm, Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. Investment Banking Division, and ZhongYin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, equity incentives and other non-litigation legal services. He has provided corporate mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing legal services for large state-owned enterprises and funds such as China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation, Guangzhou Development, Huarong, Lihe Angel, and government guidance funds.
